Changes:

• New texture filtering toggle!
• Costume hotkeys now work when not focused in the window!
• Costume hotkeys can now be rebound to other keys!
• Bounce slider have been renamed to "bounce force" and moved into the settings.
• New bounce gravity slider in settings.
• New settings to control blink speed.
• Can now enable the bounce effect when switching costume.
• Png+ will now display messages after actions to make it clearer what's going on.
• Moved control tutorial to info popup, and added more commands to it.
• Removed buggy frame skipping.
• Fixed issue that would cause saving sprites from .save to fail. ( CONTROL + L )
• Fixed issue that would cause microphone buttons to go off screen if you had too many.
• Fixed issue where duplicating an animated sprite wouldn't pass over its animation values.
• Fixed issue where duplicating a sprite wouldn't pass over its costume layer values.
• Fixed issue where new users could have crashes when loading the default avatar for the first time. (hopefully)
• Fixed issue where mouse tooltip wouldn't scale correctly with the zoom.
• Fixed issue on mac because pngtuber plus wouldn't ask for microphone permission.
• Added workaround when on mac trackpad, up and down arrow keys can now be used in place of scrolling.
• Optimized sprite blinking and speaking visibility code.
• Optimized sprite WASD movement code.
• Optimized sprite selection shadows.
• Optimized the breast button.
• Other minor code maintenance stuff.
