Added:

• Added command to return to the mainmenu without saving
• Added descriptions for each command

Fixes:

• Fixed bug which would start a new game from the mainmenu when failing to load a save or after changing any setting

Changes:

• Changed running away text from "XXX ran out of the room in fear of you" to "XXX ran away in fear of you"
• Changed how NPCs run away, instead of the first location in the list they will now pick a random one
