Another Android patch... (the final one for v0.6, I promise) This time around fixes include:
- [Android] Fixed not being able to scroll on the ingame phone menu
- [Android] Fixed inconsistent scrolling in other menus with interactive elements
- [Android] Fixed character cheats overlapping with replays button in character menu
