Well... I took less time than I thought I would. Sleepless nights will do that to you - and after all, all I had to do was add ten new German tuner cars, a couple of Elite perks, and a cash balance meter for the dealership...

(In all seriousness, this update is a behemoth, including updates to the structure of save data to accommodate the new Elite resources. Bugs and issues are to be expected, so please let me know if anything untoward catches your eye.)
