George The Gentleman Frog Update

Thanks to everybody who has played and provided feedback for George The Gentleman Frog

I have just released a new version with a skill level selector:

• CHAOS: Same difficulty as the previous version.
• DIFFICULT: Fewer enemies than the previous version.
• NORMAL: Far fewer enemies than the previous version, and this is the default skill level.

Have also added P as a pause key, as ESC would close full screen.

Hope those of you that found it too busy can find the chance to try it again.
