Rogue vs Rogue Singleplayer update 2

Rogue vs Rogue
A downloadable game for Windows and Linux

We're rolling out a new Rogue vs Rogue update with some meaningful tweaks and additions to enhance your gameplay experience:

1. Expanded Singleplayer Modes: More Options, More Fun

Now, you have two singleplayer modes to choose from: Splitscreen (1 AI adversary) and Normal (up to 3 AI adversaries). And guess what? Your friends can still join in from LAN or online.

We've also added a difficulty slider, the more difficult the more aggressive the AI will be in the early stages of the game

2. Enhanced End Game Screen: A Finer Finale

We've spruced up the end game screen a bit. It's nothing too flashy, just a cleaner and clearer display of your victorious escape from the dungeon.

3. Death Events: Personalized Touch

Now, death events have a touch of personalization. The color of the fallen player is incorporated, making it easier to keep track of everyone in the heat of the action.

4. Critical Fixes: Polishing the Rough Edges

  • AI Door Logic: The AI now knows not to waste time on doors that are already open.
  • AI Persistence: No more disappearing acts. The AI rogue sticks around throughout the entire game.
  • Persistent Search: The AI keeps on searching for enemies even after it's explored all the rooms. No slacking off on duty.

How to Experience the Update:

Just make sure your game is up to date. Whether you're a solo adventurer, into multiplayer shenanigans, or both, this update promises a smoother and more enjoyable ride.
