• stacks: fixed a bug where removing a stack did not count combo score
• stacks: decreased stack reduce score
• stacks: clear now only reduces 1 stack, but combos reduce multiple
• adjusted some map effects

• grind visual effect (can be disabled in options)
• highly improved rubberbanding (reduces chance of unlucky runs)
• slightly decreased combo delay
• menu: moved back button to left corner
• menu: missing soundfx added
