More interaction menus, bug fixes, refining the flow of the game

Trying to adjust when things happen in the game, Old saves may give you issues with this version. Sorry in advance for any and all new bugs I introduced with this version.  Redoing the parts store events, adjusted the park more, fixed bugs. Hopefully a better flow.
