/ fixed bug where the money counter was only able to display 2 digits
/ fixed bug where you still were able to toggle on your flashlight after the battery ran out
/ fixed bug where your flashlight wouldn't automatically turn off after your battery reached 0%
/ fixed bug where it would still write down a message on your notepad after you turned off the radio
/ fixed bug where radio transmission channel would never change if you never changed your frequency
/ fixed bug where you were still able to quietly hear the radio music when the radio is turned off
/ changed rareness of a few events happening
/ changed "get up" text to "press [left click] to get up" to make it seem like less of a call to action
/ changed the ceiling lights in the fuse box room to be off by default
