Version 1.0.2 (HD resolution support)

This is a patch that adds support for multiple resolutions and fixes some details.

• Added an option to change game resolution.
  • Default game resolution is now 1920x1080.
• Adjusted intermission screen animations.
• Increased "Perfect" score bonus from 5000 to 8000.
• Updated model files.
• Other small fixes.
