Target Shooter Python Version 1.2.1 Changes

A very very small update for the Python code of version 1.2 to make the text look better

I will apply these changes to the JavaScript version in version 1.3

Changelog

• Centered the “Good Shot!” and “You Missed!” text
• Bettered the gaps for the text in the top-left corner to make it look nicer
• Changed “New Highscore” to “New High Score” and “Highscore” to “High Score”
• Changed “Almost there” to “Almost There”
