PlayBTW Update + MacOS Support!

Dear Play by the Writing players,

Now you can use PlayBTW in MacOS! You would need to extract the macos zip file into /Users/Library/Application Support/espanso/

Also fixed an issue with other languages characters when using the AI commands.
