I have followed the advice of the community and quest pop ups are now gone from the game. In its place you will now see notifications for quest complete and quest available, these will appear next to the quest log icon.
Seeing as the quest complete dialog is no longer automatically shown, the quest dialog now has a recently completed quests section where you can go to look at previously completed quests.
Finally the tap detection area for the quest complete dialog has been removed, it can only be dismissed using the Ok biutton.
