Patch Note 1

Hey everyone !

This patch addresses 2 points:

• Bug fixing: Previously, the second video would still allow you to exit easily (alt-tab, etc). This is now fixed
• Feature change: On suggestion, the program now mutes ALL windows except for the video playing. This renders the "mute browser" useless I thus removed it.
