A witch looks for one specific resource: either mushrooms or berries, but not both at once. Similar to foragers, she collects all of it she can find. Unlike the foragers, witches comply with the regulations of the Forest Traffic department, and you can define a farming route for them. Another good thing about witches is that they are eager to share resources with the cute little creatures they meet along the way. At the end of the day, the witch is happy if she returns to her hut, not empty-handed.
