Update to version 0.45

Rectified the error associated with the recent update of Stable Diffusion Web UI.

New Feature:

Implemented a feature to verify the presence of Noop for faceswap. In the absence of Noop, the corresponding tab will be automatically disabled, preventing the display of error messages.
