This fixes an issue that would mostly happen on Windows with the default runtime where the Wasm module sometimes wasn't loaded quickly enough. The game will now wait for it during `Scene_Boot`.
I also reorganised the MZ commands before the plugin parameters, since otherwise one of the command descriptions was used for a parameter.
And I also fixed a typo in the libPlug2in documentation.
