Update to end 2023

Christmas decoration has been extended.

 Updated the options menu with 2 new features.

1.  Added a button to delete the game and saved data. 
2. Added an option to choose the quality of weather effects.

 Fixed some text and translation errors. 

So you can get the flare, go straight to the school's esplanade near the end of the year countdown.
