Made the sign and name of building clearer

A significant visual theme when I ran this for my friends was the neon sign that read "Eat at Dave's" on the roof. One of my friends even made a mockup of a cover for this module with a beautiful neon sign on a rooftop. (I didn't use it mostly because I felt bad asking him for free work and also because I figured a printer-friendly version is the best idea for a small module.) And yet somehow in the writing process, I failed to make that clear. So I've fixed that.
