1.2 balances everything

Rebalanced everything.
- Missiles now bounce off the edge of the map, breaking in half as they do so (rather than when they run out of fuel)
- Missiles now always start with full fuel
- Adjusted missile health yield and radius
- Mines now bounce off the edge of the map and do not destroy each other
- Mine spawn rates increased and decreased based on level
- Adjusted the mine health radius and explosion radius, so it is possible to mine sweep
- Boars now push you into the wall if they get a direct hit, leading to brutal combos if you treat them lightly
- Not so powerful in multiplayer, this is a compromise. (Its effect on the camera would kill any run.)
- Vultures (bullet shooters) now shoot in rapid succession at higher levels
- Changed the amount of hits for every kind of enemy to be defeated
- The player now starts with 3 hearts
- Added new modes
- Classic mode reverts all these changes, so scores in classic are the same across all versions
- Swarm, featuring only level 1 enemies (and starting with 4 health)
- Titans, featuring only 1 enemy on screen
- Variety, where ship level and ship type are disconnected
- A mode for each ship type so only it appears
- Health is no longer reset to 2 when a player joins mid-game
Unless major bugs are uncovered, I expect this to be the final release of the game. Good luck, little blue!
