So, it turns out that the game stops recognizing the completed percentage of seen content at 96%. I can’t investigate why at the moment, so instead, I’ve made it so the game recognizes 96% as 100%.
You can now feel the satisfaction of having that little number be at 100. Hooray!
Is it worth it? Who knows!
