Devlog 3

Hey peeps,

this will probably be the final devlog. 

In the most recent version of the prototype, 0.1.4, i've added in:

• pick ups can be scrapped/accepted
• vending machines spawn that will allow you to purchase more items
• added dynamic grid layout for collected pickups. hovers text when mouse is near
