1) The repair speed of the homestead is now dependent on the skill of the holder and the indebtedness of the homestead. If the holder is too incompetent or too indebted, the homestead falls into disrepair. If the damage is too big, it is possible to expell the serf from the homestead.
2) The skill of serfs, officials and priest may change slightly over time.
3) When selecting the town hall or bailiff house, there are separate buttons in the side panel to open the homestead management window and the village or town management window.
4) Minor fixes and improvements.
