V1.1 Update - Minor Fixes to Grammar and Spelling

The digital release has been updated the final file that has gone to print.

Changes:

  • Fixes to spelling errors, missing words, grammar, and punctuation.
  • Chapter tabs have been adjusted to have the right headings.
  • A couple of reference images were slightly re-sized to better fit within print margins.
