v0.30.2 - Crash and smaller fixes!

Hi guys, here's another quick hotfix, v0.30.2!

It contains a crash fix, because it didn't work last time, and also improved logging further, fixed a few things here and there.  Card hotkeys are now correctly handling 10 cards! :)

Also for Linux and Mac users: the game is now executable out of the box, however on Mac you still have to use Ctrl + Click to open the game because a Mac and an Apple Dev Membership is not in my budget yet. :\

In case you are the one who was experiencing crashes, bugs, etc, please contact me, it would help tremendously. Even if it works now, it would help a lot if I would know that the fix works. Thanks in advance! :)
