v4 Beta update

Huge changes:

New features:

• New Enemy - Reindeer - Yep, they're pissed as well!
  
  • They cannot shoot
  • They Ram at Santa as soon as they are in range
  • Very low health
• Tutorial Window in-game - press "H"
• Also possible to reach a Tutorial level while not in game from the Main Mene
• Added a subtle fade effect between scenes (although there aren't a lot of them)
• New music for Main Menu
• New music for the main level

Improvements:

• The skills selection is now split between "attack" and "support" skills
• You will always get 1 attack skill and 1 support skill in every level up - left and right choices.
• Its now possible to choose Gifts by pressing 1-2-3, instead of pressing the UI buttons
• Pools enemies leave behind have been enhanced and are now much cooler

Bug Fixes:

• Its no longer possible to lay down boxes on the Gifts UI by accident
• Santa will no longer shoot a bullet while placing a gift
