Dusty Dynamo Update 1.3.0

In the update 1.3.0 of Dusty Dynamo I present to you a new world: The Cursed Pyramid. 

The Cursed Pyramid can be found after you beat the second world. (If you have already cleared a previous level you can use the keyboard shortcut 'N+X' to skip) In this sandy world, you'll find 2 new game mechanics and 5 new levels, go play it if you wanna find out what new mechanics were introduced!

Note that some older levels have been updated for better level design, for example the first level doesn't feature a Phase (the teal ghosts) anymore.
