Demo v1.03 Bugfixes

• You can no longer mash retry on TrainWreck screens
• You can no longer pause during Fast-Forward screens
• You can no longer pause during Grease Poppin' trainwreck animation
• Game now continues to run when not in focus to prevent various bugs
• Fixed mispositioned floor collision near restrooms in McWave's (Hub world)
• Made slight changes to how Nami.WAV aftermath cutscene loads to (hopefully) reduce chances of softlocks caused by frame-skips
• Fixed an issue where using the "Clear All Data" button in Options wouldn't properly clear rank data
