Total Control Update Alpha 0.38 | Bugfixes and new characters

Added:

• Health and when health reaches 0 the character will die 
• Melissa the neighbour and her son Arthur
• Gave Arthur a schedule

Fixed:

• Fixed an issue with listing multiple options, now more dynamically scaling with number of options
• Fixed issue with not being able to enter neighbours basement but being able to leave

NOTE: Since health has been added saving won't work and you'll need to start a new save.
