Huge Drop again, Grab 0.4 Version!

Balance of this game is straight from Riot i swear... It's a fricking nightmare

Overall Adjustments, mostly buffs to towers. Bumper got hit again cuz the % damage is too strong on later enemies.

Enemy hp and speed boost per wave will be neglected from now because it creates monsters with 4M hp.

Changes:

• 20 new Waves accessible by playing in Medium mode
• 9 new enemies starting from wave 41
• new Armor mechanic, percentage damage decrease
• UI and shop change.
• Introducing wave skip, 20 seconds into the wave you can start next wave
• Rebalance of whole game yet again
