Otter Tale Build 5 Release

A lot of cgs and rivertongue has been added to the story.  And a little implications too. 
After this. I'm gonna be working on a comic as a little break.

I actually have a lot of stuff drafted for otter tale. But I've been working on vns for for the entire year now. I wanna do something different for a little bit.
