Rules v.1.4 posted

I've updated the rules to Rust Buckets TTRPG. This includes minor corrections:

• Specifying that force is used to test for melee attacks.
• Providing mutant flora and fauna a ranged dice score to use when defending against ranged attacks.

Also, a game master's guide is in progress and should be released during the holidays.
