Fix the following gamebreaking bugs (spoilers):
- Reduce the encounter rate in the vampire castle
- The vampire fight not ending properly
- The ending flags for executioner, assassin and vampire
- Add 'Assassin's Dance Moves' skill properly
- Nerf the executioner's helmet
