"Nugget" 2024 Demo Updates
HOLY CRAP! NEWS ON NUGGET! I THOUGHT THEUPPERDIAMOND ABANDONED IT AGAIN!
Well, I didn't. I've been thinking of ways to improve the current test demo! These include, but are not limited to:
- A revamped parry!
- I've noticed that parrying is a LITTLE TOO OP. Parries have a noticeably higher chance of attacking than normally attacking due to how it's coded. To fix this, instead of rewriting the code, I'm adding a limiter to parries! (Sorry...)
- The chances of parrying successfully will soon decrease the more you parry in a row, regardless of whether it's successful or not.
- For successful parries, the damage will decrease depending on how much it is limited. For example:
- If you use parry 3 times in a row, the damage the parry would normally give will go down by 3.
- This will NOT apply to easy mode nor 2-Player Versus Mode.
- Reworked Invisi-stats!
- It baffles me why I didn't find the original Invisi-stats game mode "not fun".
- Invisi-stats will be reworked so that only the bottom stats will be blocked and not the combat stats. It's now gonna be a memory game instead of clicking links and hoping for the best.
- I'm nerfing Mom again! (help me please)
- A cleaner 2-Player Battle Setup UI
- A lot more undecided things and jazz...
Expect an update next year! Now it is time for me to go back into the shadow realm!
