This was reportedly a gamebreaking bug with the executioner fighter on web builds (where the second background does not load). I cannot reproduce it on local machine executable so I would have to do QA on the web build to track it down.
Since that'd require a bit of extra work, I have taken down the web build for now. I might put in the effort to put it back up if I wish to add critical bug fixes in a v1.1.0 or v1.0.1, but that'd be after I take a break from this for awhile.
