New features:
- Game over when only one actor on field
- Have menu reset after turn is over
- Don't allow actors to move/share the same space on the stage
- Have camera follow current actor
- End turns
- Don't allow cursor movement off stage
- Have follow cursor when outside of specific viewport bounds
