0.10 beta 1

With 0.9 released, we're still working on figuring out fixes for some issues people have been having. We've also been busy working on new content, which will be developed and refined over time.

• Added functionality for ear restraints (earmuffs) (Seles only, Frogtie, for now)
  • They add a “sensory deprivation” debuff to all struggle
  • Makes harness gags inescapable under certain conditions
