• Fixed vine climbing bugs
• Fixed gamepad navigation in credits menu
• Fixed playtime not being tracked when Show Playtime is disabled in settings
• Changed credits to auto-scroll and loop
• Changed respawn tip to say hold 2 seconds to respawn (was incorrectly 3)
• Changed altitude meter base altitude to match the height at which the current dragon initially resided
