v0.9.3: Redesigned the question control panel and polishing.

Update to version: 0.9.3

Added support for the new pack format (version 5) of the SIGame. These packs can be downloaded from the pack database or opened as a separate file.

Redesigned the question control panel for the host in network games and in solo games, making everything uniform. As a result:

• Improved question control using the keyboard (space + arrows).
• Added a button allowing the host to show/hide the answer/clue in network games (previously, similar logic was only available by clicking anywhere on the screen, and it was not obvious).
• Added the ability to restart audio and video in solo play.
• Now you can restart audio/video in the fusion window (text + image, etc.).
• In the final round, the host can view the answer/clue even during the question demonstration phase to players.

Enhancements:

• Protection against delayed answers now works in the fusion window (text + image, etc.).
• Editor: When creating a new pack, the creation date is now correctly updated.
• Editor: All pop-up windows close when clicking outside the window or pressing the escape key.
• Solo: The ability to change the player's name at any time, not just at the round window.
