Update 1.13 - Post-game, subtitles fixes and optimization.

• Improved post-game experience, with more elements to find, including a brand-new little easter egg.
• Fixed a couple of subtitles issues, mostly where missing or incorrect.
• Optimized lower quality settings a bit.
