Name your save files, and other updates!

We just added a collection of updates and fixes, including:

• The ability to set custom names for save files, making it easier to explore story branches
• "Back" buttons that appear on Android when the quick menu and its Back button are hidden, since Android doesn't have the keyboard/mouse/gamepad options to give a Back command.
• Greater sound effect diversity (footstep sounds depend on terrain type)
• Typo fixes
