Patch v.0.3.4 Known Issues

Hello all, Max here. Turns out a bug or two might have slipped through the cracks for the most recent .lcp.

It's nothing major, mostly just two instances of some changes not going all the way through from the pdf.

On the .lcp, the following issues have been noted:

• Laser Cutter (Firefly III) does not have its Keen bonus for On Hit against targets in the danger zone or burning.
• Artificial Vascular Systems (KIE Core Bonus) grants less Overshield than it should.

KIE has been updated to v.0.3.4c, and that should fix these issues. Get it at your earliest convenience.
