Weekly Update #2
We've moved on with the prototype name are now called Numentale!
This week brings a substantial amount of graphical updates and a few bug fixes and general quality of life changes.
I'm really looking forward to sharing all this progress! Enjoy!
General
- Added saving and loading functionality (The game saves after every floor)
- Made flames on the main menu look and act better
- Character sprite, camera borders and camera now move when moving deeper in to the dungeon
- Various updates on tooltips look and functionality
- Added gradient to liven up damage numbers slightly
- Added skill select arrow on skill drag
- Added tooltips for player attributes in battle
- Several new GUI elements added
- Updated the look of cards on the board
- Inventory look updated
- Now shows skill level on main menu
- Now shows standard attack damage in the inventory
- The game is now called Numentale! New title on the main menu
- Added slight sway on main menu
Bugfixes
- Fixed bug with battle text acting weird on new battles after the first
- Fixed tooltips being positioned incorrectly in windowed mode
