*TileSoup had a silly problem crashing upon startup, it's fixed. I also pushed some nicer default configs.
*TesseTrails has a new config option, wave_res_factor, to cover up those gaps in the waves. Also some other minor tweaks.
HighDPI issues are still not solved! This turned out to be quite a little nut to crack. If you have a highDPI monitor and would like to help, let me know! Or if you happen to be an SDL rendering guru....
