Updated Wound Rules

I updated the optional combat rules to improve how wounds are handled. Now there are 2 levels of wounds: minor and severe. Adding levels of wounds gives combat more tension, especially as the wound slots start filling up.

These are optional rules, so use them or don't use them. It is completely up to you.
