Added some new pokemon, and made loading faster

Hi all. I added a few new pokemon, made Slugma the correct tier, fixed (hopefully) pokemon not uncovering fog of war after getting a Mareanie, and made loading times faster (for web version) This was done by not including a lot of songs in the game, but those will be included in the dedicated download that will come to the game (hopefully in the next day or two)
