Shooting 

The game now is a shooter, Oscar is a platformer with metroidvania elements and it felt just right to make it a shooter. The development of this feature gave the game a more dynamic type of gameplay so it also changes the design of the levels and the pace of the overall game. 

While there are some aspects of the game that look more important, reality is the UI always need some love and we gave some work time to ours. We are looking for a classic Sci-Fi style and for this we did some simple changes: 

• New sprites for buttons and panels
• Some light blue and green colours
• Some backgrounds for consistency
• Sounds and animations

Plotting some plot twist 

The dialogue system of the game will allow for some interesting paths in the story of the game, giving the player a lot of control of how the story and also to see some unexpected outcomes to the decisions made. 

New Art

We started to work on more detailed artwork for the game, we hope to bring life to the world of the game and to create an atmospheric experience. 

We'll try to give new updates more frequently.
