Compatibility with the For Rent patch

The mod's settings menu and notifications will now properly display when using The Sims 4 v1.103.250

This fix was made possible by the work of Frankk and TURBODRIVER to find an efficient solution to this issue that multiple mods could include without causing issues for each other in the future.
