Lazybones Kempston Updates

Are you a lazybones kempston joystick user who doesn't want to get out of your seat to press a key, like me? If so, these updates are for you...

1. Pressing Kempston fire button on the loading screen will take you to the main menu.
2. Pressing Kempston fire button on the main menu will set controls to Kempston and start the game.
   1. Sorry, 128K only at this time.
3. Pressing Kempston fire button on the high score screen will take you back to the main menu.
   1. However, if you manage to get on to the high score table, you're gonna' have to get up to enter your name :(
