Big fix patch and Xmas levels released!

I've pushed a small patch to address a few bugs:

• Level Boost bonus didn't trigger when collected.
• Catch add-on sometimes enabled without collecting the powerup

The release also includes a couple of new levels, there you wish you all a very Merry Christmas!
